Where We Ship

Elira Swim currently ships within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is usually 3–6 business days depending on your location and carrier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Free Shipping on Bikini Sets

We offer free shipping on complete bikini sets. A complete set means a bikini top and bikini bottom purchased together in the same order.

If your order contains only one individual piece, shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on your location and available shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Elira Swim is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email support@eliraswim.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your order is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the shipment. If your package appears lost or has not moved for several days, email us at hello@eliraswim.com with your order number and we’ll help you look into it.

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped within Canada and the United States, any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
