Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident finding your perfect Elira Swim fit. If your order is not quite right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your order being delivered. Return or exchange requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

What Items Are Eligible?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • Returned with the hygienic liner fully intact

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, tanning product, body lotion, or removed hygienic liners.

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected. Returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days of arriving at our return location. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If your order was purchased with a discount code or during a sale, your refund will reflect the price paid at checkout.

Exchanges

We are happy to help you exchange your item for a different size, style, or colour, subject to availability. Once your original item is received and inspected, eligible exchanges are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

If the item you requested for exchange is no longer available, we will contact you to offer a refund or help you choose another available item.

Return Shipping

For eligible orders shipped within Canada and the United States, we provide one free return shipping label per order.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable and insured service. Elira Swim is not responsible for return packages lost in transit when a customer uses their own shipping method.

Elira Swim currently ships within Canada and the United States. If we expand shipping to additional countries in the future, return instructions for those orders will be provided before checkout and in the applicable policy details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@eliraswim.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and help make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email returns@eliraswim.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. We will review your request and reply with return instructions. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Please use the return address provided in our return instructions. The correct return address may be different from the address on your original package.
  4. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to this policy.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
