We offer refunds on eligible returns and want you to feel confident ordering from Elira.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- With hygienic liner intact
For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, tanning products, perfume, or if the hygienic liner has been removed.
Refunds
Eligible items returned within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected.
Refund timing:
- Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after delivery to our return facility
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct 1:1 exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order to reserve stock and returning the original item for a refund once received.
Return shipping (Canada & USA)
We provide one-time free return shipping for eligible orders shipped within Canada and the USA. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
If you prefer, you may return using your own shipping method. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please include your name and order number in the package.
In some cases, our return address may differ from the one shown on the original package. Always use the return address provided when your return is approved.
Sale & discounted items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for return. Refunds will reflect the price paid at checkout.
Final sale
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to start a return
Email hello@eliraswim.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return (optional). We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
