Returns & Store Credit
We currently offer returns for store credit. You may return eligible items and receive a store credit equal to your purchase amount. This does not include any original shipping fees. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time on future orders.
Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and hygiene liners attached.
If you would like a different size or style, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order using the credit. This ensures availability and faster processing.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, editing, and device displays. Small variations are normal and not a defect.
Return Postage
We provide one time only free return postage for orders shipped within Canada and USA.
You are also welcome to use your own return shipping method if preferred. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Please ensure your name and order number is clearly included in the package so your return can be processed without delay.
Please note, in some cases our return address may differ from the one shown on the original package. Always follow the instructions and return address provided at the time your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue your store credit.
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are eligible for return for store credit. The credit amount will reflect the price paid at checkout.
Store credits may be applied toward future promotions and combined with discount codes.
Shipping & Delivery
We cannot take responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is returned to sender or marked as undeliverable, please contact us for next steps. If the parcel is returned to us, you may either choose to reship or cancel for a $7 cancellation fee.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If corrections are made before shipment, there is no cancellation fee.
We strongly recommend shipping to a permanent address rather than a temporary one. If a package is sent to a temporary address and is not collected in time, we are not responsible for replacement or reshipment. You may request reshipment if the parcel is returned to us, or you may choose to cancel the order (subject to a $7 fee).
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. If you encounter delivery issues (for example: marked as "delivered" but not received), please first contact your local postal office. We will always assist as much as possible, but please understand we are not responsible for postal errors or delays. In such cases, claims must be filed with the carrier.
Customs & Import Fees
Elira is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees. If you choose not to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will notify you and you may choose to have the package reshipped or cancel the order (subject cancellation fee).
Cancellations
We are unable to guarantee cancellation after an order is placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at hello@eliraswim.com as soon as possible. If cancellation is possible before shipment, a $7 fee applies.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or edit it.
